I assist individuals who are experiencing symptoms that may be related to or occur alongside Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

We share a complementary video call to discuss your symptoms and consider goals for future health. I will provide guidance on the most suitable programme and outline the expertise I can offer in this field.
We have an opportunity to spend 60 to 90 minutes discussing your health history (subject to the programme chosen). We focus on your medical history, family history, sleep patterns, stress levels and exercise regime.
I ask you to provide a food diary so we can work together on addressing food choices. I analyse what you are eating, when you are eating and how you are eating, implementing subtle adjustments to promote lasting improvements.
We talk regularly to discuss what is working, what is not and then to plan ahead. We trouble shoot each step of the programme. Results tend to be lasting when changes are made slowly in small increments. Sometimes less is more, so talking frequently allows the roadmap to evolve without feeling over burdened.
You receive a master protocol at the start of the programme and then email summaries after each video call, highlighting the key points to focus on. It's often not what you have to do but it's the 'how' that is difficult when implementing strategies, so this protocol is tailored to provide empowerment and encouragement to follow through.
Where needed, testing will be recommended. Sometimes this involves a trip to the GP, other times private testing is the best option as it provides a deeper insight into imbalances and provides a more targeted approach. I like to work closely with health care providers and will recommend other forms of holistic specialists if there is a need.
