This complimentary call is an opportunity to gain a clear understanding of your health background, eating habits, and lifestyle, while exploring both past and current challenges. We’ll briefly discuss any symptoms you may be experiencing, along with your goals and motivations for change.
I’ll outline how I work, the approach I take, and what realistic, sustainable progress can look like. It’s a collaborative conversation, providing space to decide whether the fit is right to move forward together.
This 90-minute video consultation offers a comprehensive review of your health history, covering past and present, family history, sleep, stress, and exercise habits.
A detailed health timeline is created to map key changes over time and identify areas of vulnerability.
We establish clarity on your health goals and define the key priorities to focus on.
You will receive practical recommendations with clear, tailored dietary guidance, discussed during the session, and delivered in a personalised nutrition plan.
Prior to each consultation, you will be asked to complete a dietary intake log to support a detailed review of your current dietary habits. This includes what, when, and how you eat, providing a clear picture of your routine. We will then work together to implement practical, sustainable adjustments to support long-term nutritional improvements.
Future consultations are deeper and become more nuanced with time, taking a detailed look at your progress, exploring what is working well, what is not, and how the approach can be refined to improve results.
Lasting change is best achieved through small, gradual steps that allow both the body and mind to adapt effectively. We therefore work towards your goals in a sustainable, supportive, yet accountable way, ensuring progress that is both achievable and enduring.
You will receive a personalised nutrition plan at the start of your journey, with revised updates after each consultation to reflect your evolving priorities and progress.
My approach is centred on coaching—supporting you to understand not just what to do, but how to consistently implement it in a way that fits your lifestyle. The focus is on making change practical, sustainable, and achievable, while providing ongoing guidance, motivation, and accountability.
Final reviews are always included as they are essential for evaluating progress, identifying what worked and didn’t, and guiding the next steps. The vision is that you feel confident and empowered to continue on your own, with the knowledge and habits needed to sustain your results long term.
Functional testing may be recommended where a deeper understanding of underlying imbalances can help refine and target the approach more effectively. Testing is paid in addition to the consultation fees.
A multi-pronged approach is key to meaningful and sustainable change, recognising that health is influenced by many interconnected factors. I work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and may recommend additional support where beneficial.
